Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping options and delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-6 business days.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

    • Delivery times vary by region, typically 7-30 business days from the dispatch date.

    • Please note that customs processing may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $200 AUD

  • International Shipping Rates: We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly. You will be notified of any anticipated delays.

  • We reserve the right to not ship to remote or rural locations. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued. 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with their shipment. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and may vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take extra care to ensure your items reach you safely, but in the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please follow these steps:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us at customersupport@thetradeshade.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please include photos of the packaging and damaged goods with your enquiry.

  • Lost Shipments: Contact us at customersupport@thetradeshade.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your shipment has not arrived.

We will work with our shipping provider to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
